Take the 2014 Rails Hosting Survey
In January 2009, we invited the community to participate in a survey about the state of hosting Ruby on Rails applications. We wanted to get a better understanding of how people are currently managing their deployment and hosting process, and we were fortunate to collect submissions from 1,251 people!
In 2012, we modified a few of the old questions, added some new ones, and set out to discover what had changed over the last three years. This time around, a whopping 1,306 people took time out of their busy schedules to let us know how they're hosting their apps, what tools and frameworks they're using, and much more. With the results in hand, thanks to all of your generous participation, we were able to design a helpful infographic and write up a thorough article analyzing the data.
It's now 2014 and we believe it's time to take the pulse of the ecosystem again. If you are a Ruby on Rails developer and have a few minutes, we would appreciate it if you would complete our survey.
We will close the survey on April 30th and release the results to the community after.
Help us spread the word!
We would be so grateful if you could help us get the word out. Feel free to tell your friends and colleagues via twitter, Facebook, Google+, your blog, etc.
Thanks in advance!
